Shawn (claims operations) made the process so easy, giving me step by step instructions and was extremely responsive to all my questions and emails. The repair shop they recommended was very quick and reliable, they made the entire process so simple and easy, I won't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

(February 11, 2021, 2:18 pm)I don’t know why this company has bad reviews. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with cumis although I’ve never made a claim. They’re quick to answer the phone and always offer the lowest rates out of any of the other insurance companies.

I have never had to wait long periods to get a representative and the CS has always been polite and done their best to answer all my questions. I have a range of products with this company and thus far have no concerns or negative feedback.
