Their technicians are knowledgeable in directing me to solve the problem myself or if that's not possible, they correct it at their end in a timely manner. I find the phone operators polite and respectful and happy to answer any question I have. I think Cogeco do a great job in providing for my needs.

(March 31, 2021, 9:29 am)Yesterday I was contacted by a representative "Elizabeth" and was treated wonderfully and given information and assistance above and beyond. I now have the services I need at a reasonable cost due to the suggestions of the representative. I highly recommend Cogeco and their Customer Service Agent "Elizabeth".
