(January 25, 2021, 1:42 pm)10/10 service!! Not once have I had ANY doubt about the quality, care and honesty of Clarke & McKenzie HVAC. I absolutely will never use or recommend a company other than them. If you're weary of calling in somebody to look at your units, you cannot go wrong with them. This summer our air conditioner would not work, and over the weekend we called in a different company at around 9pm because it was unbearable. They told us we needed a new AC machine and it would cost over $4500. I called Clake & McKenzie and asked if they could quote me to install a new machine and come install it, as I had met them before and wanted to give them my business. They came to look at our machine first, even though I was adamant it needed to be replaced and they could just go ahead, and ended up fixing my air conditioner by cleaning it out. Something the other company completely ignored. They saved us thousands of dollars, and earned our trust. We've used them repeatedly since then for our home and our business location.

They were there within an hour and had the air conditioner up and running within a couple of hours. They were very professional and friendly. Absolutely would recommend them and will definitely call them again.

(July 14, 2020, 10:40 pm)Our AC at home was not blowing sufficient cool air. I called Mike on the weekend he responded quickly. Mike changed the air filter, cleaned the outside unit, checked the pressures etc. The AC is now working better. Great service!

(January 2, 2020, 7:39 pm)Our old furnace stopped working while the temperature was -20 C last year. We called Clarke & McKenzie and they responded very quickly. Michael has performed an excellent installation of the new heating unit in our showroom.Very happy with the prices for the great service!!! They also followed up and did an inspection before new heating season began .Will highly recommend this company! Very professional and nice to deal with!!!

(November 30, 2019, 1:00 am)My furnace stopped working during the night and the technician was able to get it up and working extremely quickly. I have guests staying so I really appreciated his fast response! Very nice, fair price and left things very tidy. Highly recommend!
