  WELCOME HOME! The best decision of my entire life was to join this incredible community of passionate instructors and fellow yogis. Shanine (the owner) is lovely, so approachable, and passionate. She takes pride in the studio, as do all of the teachers. I was intimidated initially having had no experience but I quickly learned that it didn't matter as we are all on our own path. Fast forward 4 years and I don't know what I would do without them. They have classes for all levels- both hot, reduced heat, and regular temperature rooms. Thank you Shanine, Natalie, Jennifer, Rachel, Amanda, Kaitlyn, Michelle, Johanna, Kristina, Anwar, Justyna, Marion, Sarah B., Karli, Robyn, Stephanie, Angela D., Angela J., Wendy, and Carolyn for your ongoing support and love.

  The studio is very big and impressive! Very clean and friendly people. The classes were just way too large for me. I was one of maybe 20 people. The whole place smelled strongly of insense which gives me migraines and the hot yoga was overwhelmingly hot. I would have left but they have a pretty intense coming and going policy, I did not feel comfortable. There is also a $2.00 charge to rent a yoga mat.

  I really enjoyed coming here. Very knowledgable instructors and a nice clean studio. I did find it a bit crowded and cramped some classes but for the most part it was lovely. The staff are very welcoming kind and skilled. They really try to make you feel at home here. I recommended this place for an old neighbour and i swear she lives here now.

  I have been coming here a year now. Super clean yoga studio, friendly staff, well trained, knowledgeble, passionate yoga instructors. This place and the people who work and come here make you feel at home. Thank you Chrysalis!
