Shortly after my order for a Christmas gift was placed, I received a phone call to review specifics and options that worked best for me. When my order arrived before Christmas, I knew their team had prioritized production completion as soon as possible in hopes that the post service could work the rest of their magic, which I got lucky they did. I received my order as well as gifts for myself and a hand written card. Seriously so impressed and touched, happy to support this Canadian company in the future!

I like the adjustable ear loops and the extra nose strips that we bought as it makes the mask tighter, and my glasses don't fog up! Also, our corporate logo looks great front and centre. Thank you!

(December 21, 2019, 5:59 pm)I give this a five stars for many reasons. They have a very fast and efficient service. My order was ready for pick-up in just two hours from placing it on a weekend! The customized mug that I ordered was perfect, with extremely high quality pictures. Also, the gift package they did for me was amazing. I couldn’t do any better. Finally, their customer service was fast in email replies and very welcoming when I arrived at their place. They even placed a nice chocolate in the mug as a compliment. You guys are simply amazing !
