When I took possession of my new home, you can see the difference with Branthaven. Their build is of luxury quality. With any home, there are going to be issues. Branthaven resolved all of the minor issues quickly and efficiently. Their customer service and trades men and women are wonderful to deal with as well. Thank you Branthaven!

(October 6, 2021, 5:15 pm)We purchased with Branthaven because they have a wonderful reputation and they surely lived up to it. The sales process was easy, it was a relief to find out most of other builders upgrades were Brantahven standards - this allowed us to use our money on extras that really made the home unique. Our design consultant Trista was so knowledgeable and patient. Our home was delayed but that was an expectation we already had having previously bought from another Ontario builder. Once we received our home we were blown away by the quality of finishes. Anything that was noted on our inspection reports was done quickly and the warranty team was always helpful when we had questions. Branthavens Customer Care Department is top notch - no matter how many annoying phone calls I made. We will love our Branthaven Home forever.
