I contacted this office and was assisted by Amanda who did a great job at recommending the parts and accessories that are specific to my desk model. I was kept up to date on the shipping status of the goods throughout the process and overall was impressed throughout the entire transaction. I love my desk - thank you Beattie's, thank you Amanda!

I have had the pleasure of working with Jordan (supplies) and Bob (equipment) and they have been helpful, patient and understanding. We have endured 3 budget updates, equipment swap outs and endless emails to perfect the budget for submission to my headquarters in Los Angeles. With their knowledge, expertise and willingness to go the distance I was finally able to submit a final budget proposal. They both gave excellent customer service and instilled confidence in me so that I could write rebuttals when items were deemed to be unnecessary or too expensive. So much so that I was able to successfully answer any questions and get all but 1 item approved at the first level. Thank you Jordan and Bob! You are both Rockstars and you have secured my loyalty for all future projects. I really look forward to a lasting relationship with Beatties!!

The sales woman was helpful and friendly, and the installers were quick and professional.
Would definitely shop here again.
