(August 26, 2019, 7:34 pm)He's either a wizard or a phone surgeon. I had a disaster of a day when my phone's screen cracked and was submerged in water. Apple store tried to sell me a new phone before they even took a look at it. They (pretended?) to open it and look at it and said nothing could be done. Mr. Kanda took a few hours and with a water treatment and new screen it is working. He warned it may not work forever, but long enough to back it up and use it for a bit longer.
