After visiting several Fireplace showrooms in Durham, We got the feeling Ultra Comfort has the most professional team when it comes to fireplaces and heating. We end up buying a beautiful insert fireplace from them. We think the technicians were very much professional and neat. We also paid at least $800 less than the lowest price we had. We are very pleased with Ultra Comfort's performance and we recommend them every one.

(February 26, 2015, 2:27 pm)I was very pleased with the service I received from Ultra Comfort, my furnace broke down is this terrible cold weather and I was worried it would take awhile to get somebody to come and fix it quick. Moe took care of me in this hectic situation, he was fast, reliable and always made sure things were going according to plan and more importantly he made sure I had my heat up and running ASAP.
I'm now nice and warm in my lovely home and I have Moe at Ultra Comfort to thank for that.
I highly recommend there services!

While on business the establishment we leased left us high and dry, our heating and cooling was a mess.
After speaking to a few folks around the area (as we were from the states) Ultra comfort came up a few times. They agreed to come out and look for free give us an estimate and if we still didn't want to go ahead even furnish us with other companies.
That being said...best deal, quality and people to do business with.
