(June 27, 2020, 1:06 am)We just moved in last week and are very happy with the final product. Our finishes are lovely, we love the upgrades too, such as our bannister, glass door to shower, double garden doors, etc. This house is definitely becoming our home with the personal touches we will add to it. The Ravine lot was worth every penny! As far as builders go, they really care about the finish product as well as customer service. Rob the super has been so accommodating and professional. He apologized about our kitchen faucet not being installed on closing day but sure enough it was installed by 9 am next morning. I truly hope people will research builders and their standards before purchasing. Their direct competitor appeared cheaper but they had much cheaper standards. Ours included hardwood floors everywhere (not laminate), 2 oak staircases, a finished area in basement, cold cellar, tray ceiling in master bedroom, 7 foot ensuite vanity, free standing tub, gas fireplace with marble surround (most builders charge for marble), extended cabinet uppers in kitchen, granite countertops, Moen faucets, free stainless steel appliances, etc. We were impressed with the standards so we didn't get upgrades cabinetry like I have done previously in new builds. Note: they use the Swedish balls for lights but I already bought my replacements do it doesn't phase me. Overall, I am pleased with our new home, neighbours and neighbourhood.
