Best decision we have made
The spa shoppe is one of those hidden gems in the Durham region. We recently purchased our first new tub from them after a extensive search among 4 vendors. A checklist spreadsheet was used to narrow down to the top 2, but what the spreadsheet does not reflect is CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Vendors can talk customer service, but to live it is another example. The Spa Shoppe has gone over and beyond what customer service means. The staff is very knowledgable, and patient. Being new tub owners, we made classic first time mistakes that they were patient to guide us thru. With the owners being at the store daily, gives us peace of mind and down the road, when there is a problem they will respond. If you want old fashion customer service this is the place to purchase your tub. This has been the best investment my wife and I have made in the last 10 years. Staff are very helpful. They took time to see what parts I needed and discussed my situation. Great place to do business. When I need a new hot tub The Spa Shoppe will be on the top of my list.

I was very pleased with a repair that the Spa Shoppe recently completed on my hot tub. They came to diagnos the issue, and got back to me with an estimate on price. They explained that the part might be hard to get, bit got back in touch as soon as they tracked it down. The service person, I think it was Stewart, was very friendly and left the jobsite in perfect condition - no mess and put everything back the way it was. We paid for the work after it and been completed successfully, and were able to drop into the Shoppe at a convenient time for us to pay.

Amazing service, very satisfied with my hot tub. Always friendly when we come in to test the water. Stuart is the guy to talk to! Will recommend this place to anybody :)
