We had very minimal knowledge of the market and what to expect. Kevin took the time to slow the process down and ensure we understood everything. Fast forward to two years later we decided to sell our first home and upgrade. Kevin, once again was more than happy to help us out. This time around we were more educated and knew what we wanted. Kevin gave us the space to make decisions and choices on our own, but was always there to lean in and fill the gaps where needed. I HIGHLY recommend Kevin for all your Real Estate needs. He met with us, ensured that we understood the process from start to finish and walked us through our own house offering thoughtful and sales-focused changes that we might consider implementing pending our launch into the marketplace. Although in beautiful condition, our home was a designated heritage home, with a lot of square footage situated on a busy intersection.
