6 raccoons were removed from under our deck professionally and humanely.

2019 May:
A year ago I called skedaddle for a racoon issue. This year unfortunately due to the cold weather I noticed that mice had entered my property and got frustrated with the damage being done. BIG THANKS TO BEN for driving all the way to east York to assess my home. You were such an honest person about what you had observed about my old downtown property and you didn't try to sugar coat things just to get business. I love this company for how the employees treat their customers. Your staff is so honest and fair. This is why i was a returning customer and I will always come back as you guys keep your word and give guarantee that is 100%.

I called this company after a family of racoons physically came into my premises. Riley and his team responded promptly to our situation. The entire team was very professional and quick to resolve the extensive damage that was done to my home and fixed the concerned areas within a day in reasonable time.

All the employees under Riley's team were very humble and explained all the details about what they were doing and what they had found and how they dealt with the issue to resolved it.

I am very very happy with their service. It is worth every penny and definitely gives you peace of mind that the work is done correct the first time.

I forgot to mention...this team was so honest that they took out the unnecessary charges that didn't apply afterall and threw in more repairs that were not initially detected. Wonderful customer service from the Skedaddle team - very professional, timely communication and follow up. The plan for what our family needed was thorough and got rid of our issue within a timely fashion. Once the work was completed, the team returned for the follow up appointment as promised - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team!

If you have unwanted animals in your home, you need Skedaddle!! They came out to my house, did a thorough investigation of the animal issues I was complaining about and drew up a plan to rid my home of mice and squirrels. The price quoted was reasonable and they were back 3 days later to execute everything we discussed in the quote. Cody and his team were at my home for close to 6 hours making sure all possible entry ways were sealed and made sure the critters were not able to get back in. Cody was great in answering all my questions and explaining to me what they found and how they solved each issue, he's a very thorough and dedicated employee!! Great job Skedaddle!! Thank you!!
