Consult experience was exceptional (Kerry), great knowledge and added real value in recommendations on colours and fabric to match our decor. When installing we realized we didn’t like a choice we had made with respect to the control side placement of some coverings. Totally our error. Fred and Kerry immediately said they would change it at no cost - this was WAY more than I was expecting. You never know how good a business is until you need to test their customer service - these guys are first-class all the way. Price was also incredible and quality is higher than I’ve seen in other window coverings. A great experience.
