The receptionists all could use some help on their customer service. Over the phone and in person they are just rude and uncaring. The wait times are unreasonable. On the positive, the nursing team were some of the most amazing people ever. We dealt with 2 nurses and I wish I could remember their names but they were just absolutely lovely human beings.
Receptionists were pleasant and patient. Wait time was reasonable considering the services that are provided. The Dr was kind and informative.
