Our condo was listed within a week of our offer being accepted on the house - and was painted, staged and cleaned to perfection. I will always choose her for our realtor needs in the future and will continue to recommend her.

From the cleaning, home improvement suggestions and staging, everything was perfect. She was very honest with the changing market which allowed us to set realistic expectations for our home price.

She provided us with detailed information on the current market and set realistic expectations. Maria's detailed research into our home and comparables was very apparent. Maria and her team worked extremely hard to get our house ready to sell including staging, small home improvements, and cleaning. She came up with a great strategy for maximizing offers. In a volatile market where it was difficult for other agents to get showings, we had overwhelming interest and sold within 2 days and over $300K over asking. She has completely exceeded our expectation and we can't wait to work with Maria again and refer her to all of our friends and family.
