(February 22, 2019, 10:29 pm)Amazing service . I walked in as he was putting up a sign to leave for lunch and he had no hesitation to help . I got 2 refills done . One of the cartridges did not work once home . When I went back the owner tried to refill and showed me there was plenty of ink . After a few tests we decided the cartridge was bad . The owner not only gave me a better bigger cartridge but also took the cost of the refil off the new cartridge even tho it was not an error on his end . He took plenty of time to explain and make sure I new everything he was doing and why . A+ service. New cartridge works amazing
