I was recently transported to hospital by ambulance. EMS responders Scott & Chris arrived, quickly and efficiently assessed my situation, they readied me for transport all while keeping me & my wife of what was happening and what to expect. They asked questions and listened to what we said.
They were Professional, Courteous, Caring & Efficient.
How lucky we in Durham Region are to have such a great group of people supporting our needs.

Two lovely ladies showed up. Lisa and Danielle! Can’t say enough about this two! They were very professional and very compassionate!!
Lisa even bought me a coffee after arriving at the hospital. Danielle was very compassionate with my mother in law!
These two girls were awesome! Can’t say enough about their kindness!
