My first new build and only positive things to say about this builder!
The quality that Steve Denoble demands is unwavering. He is completely hands on to ensure his vision is achieved. He will not compromise on that vision for what the home needs and it is evident in all the finishings. Never a corner cut or short cut taken. Denoble strives for perfection in every home he builds.
After visiting the model home on Savanna Court in Whitby, it is obvious that DeNoble Homes takes pride in the homes that they build. The finishings are outstanding and the layout really makes sense. I look forward to purchasing a DeNoble home in the future and will recommend them to anyone I meet that is thinking of purchasing a new build! Looking forward to seeing how their new Natura development in West Whitby turns out!
