Thankfully, they could send their technician right away, and he did an impressive job resolving the problem. He was knowledgeable and skilled. I was also happy with their affordable rates!

Our toddler was starting to do some exploring, and we wanted to make sure that he was safe in any area of the house. We got in touch with Custom Windows & Doors Whitby because we had heard that they offered outstanding service and reasonable rates. We were not disappointed. Their repairman tackled the job efficiently, going from one window to the next and getting the repairs done. We are no longer worried about the safety of our little one, thanks to the excellent work.

We chose Custom Windows & Doors Whitby to handle everything for us, and thank goodness, they were able to accommodate us. We scheduled an appointment with them, and they came on time. We’re glad that we didn’t have to wait long to get the service we need. They completed the job fast, and the results were beyond what we expected! Efficient and pleasant! If anyone asks us for a reliable windows installer, we would recommend them!
