I'm not someone who's super comfortable being physically exposed in front of people so I was really nervous about my experience. But Shanna has made me feel so comfortable. She's has such a chill vibe, yet she's so professional, she's super kind, and very considerate of how I'm feeling. Her main goal is for you to feel comfortable and get the results you're after. I'm so happy I found her. I highly highly recommend her. She's awesome. ☺️

From booking to actual service completion, the whole process was simple and filled with great customer service. She explained each step of the process as she started and took time to check in with me multiple times throughout the service. She provided me with all the information I needed for post service care and even sent me a thank you message after. Her work is flawless and looks ANAZING! I love my brows and can’t believe I didn’t get them done sooner! I would highly recommend Cosmetic Ink for anyone looking to do microblading services!

She made me feel so relaxed and explained everything about the procedure all throughout my appointment. Anyone looking to get their brows done, Shana is your girl. I’ve had my brows microbladed in the past and this was by far a different experience. It was painless and actually relaxing. I’m looking forward to going back to Shana for more services!!
