I had misplaced my license and did not record the license number which is needed to request a replacement, the only place I thought that would have a record would be my automobile insurance. I submitted an email to request the information and James took the additional steps to make sure he reached me personally before sending the information. In my opinion, that is going above & beyond which was greatly appreciated. Thank you James!

I attended a cybersecurity conference they put on for local businesses, and attended their recent webinar on Covid 19 impacts (both were very well done). I have not heard of another brokerage putting in the effort to provide education to the community on important subjects that will impact our businesses. I also used Bryson for my auto insurance, they were able to save me a significant amount of money

The entire team is super diligent, professional and caring. This is the way it should be. Not the cold-hearted, corporate approach. If you want an insurance company that truly cares about your well being, looking out for your best interests, saving you money in areas you're needlessly spending it, building a long-term relationship and offering you the best components to a plan at a competitive rate, then I made myself clear.
