He is very competent and knowledgeable, an excellent listener, and is gifted with the intuition to know what needs work and with precise measure, then delivers. Time and time again he has helped clear up my lower back pain and variety of injuries from training, and really takes the time to develop an understanding of your body and its weaknesses and limitations in order to fix these problems.

I injured my lower back few years ago and was told I wouldn’t be able to participate in martial arts or physical activity that required heavy weight lifting. With Ali’s treatment, I was able to get back into sports and weight training. He had me deadlifting within the fifth week of my treatment session. I would definitely recommend going to Ali for physio as he specializes in recovery, which enables you to get back into physical activity at your best.

His clinical expertise not only helps his patients from repair and full recovery of muscles from pain and injuries, but he ensures individuals leave the gym refreshed and stronger than before. He is also very motivating and helps unlock clients full potential.
