We took our cat Mickey there twice for different issues. The second time we had to put him down because his condition was irreversible. The doctor and staff were informative and compassionate, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

We came here to put down a beloved family pet. The staff handled everything perfectly from the moment we showed up. They definitely made the experience as calm and pleasant as they possibly could. Please treat them with respect. They're great at what they do.

I unfortunately had to take my almost 14 year old Potcake first for treatment and later the same day, back to put her down. From reception, to the Techs to the Vet, they made the experience at one of the most difficult times, one filled with compassion and friendliness. They made the process as painless as possible and took amazing care of my Daisy. The follow up after when I wasn't emotionally able to go right away to pick her remains up, was incredibly kind and patient. They told me to take whatever time I needed. Thank you to everyone for helping me through one of my darkest days.

Ridiculously expensive prices. They are open and waiting if you are unlucky enough to have an emergency with a furry family member when all other clinics are closed. It is basically the only option for an animal emergency during late hours or holidays. The clinic is Very aware of that and their inflated prices reflect it. They can and will help your animal, they just triple the price to do it. Do they love animals? Probably. But they are in it for lakeside real-estate and champagne in hot-tubs, not love of your animal. Get your funds ready.
