Rick and Beverly run a great business! From the initial consult, to the ease of invoicing and transactions, to the professional nature of the install. When our Lennox air heat pump iced up, I phoned EGS and was relieved to speak to someone "live" and not leave a message. Turns out that Beverly runs the roost at EGS and does a fine job of keeping customers informed, either via email or the phone. Rick showed up on time for each visit and took time to explain the problem and solution. The invoice was bearable, too! Highly recommended. We will be using their service again.

We contacted them for a quote to compare against an HVAC from Newmarket. They were easier to talk to, came in $600 cheaper for a furnace replacement and put us at ease after our first conversation.
They went above and beyond to rush our replacement and the work was excellent.
