(March 4, 2019, 3:38 pm)I've always had good service from my credit union, for the last 40+ years. The staff is always helpful and give me good advice. I recently opened a line of credit which proved to be hassle free. I almost always visit my credit union when I need cash as I am recognized by the staff. I once made a major boo-boo paying an online bill (I paid $1200 instead of $12.00) and they arranged for the charge to be reversed from the merchant for a small fee. I can't imagine that a regular bank would have been so helpful ! Many thanks to the staff !
