When you find mould, you have to be fast dealing with it. Mike doesn't disappoint. His and his team have arrived 24-48 hours after my call and got the job done quick at a price I can live with!
It's bad enough finding mould. You don't want the pressure of living with it!

(November 14, 2022, 2:51 am)I had mould in the attic because of condensation. When I called Mike, he was quick to respond. Doug came to do the initial free inspection, and a quote was sent to me the same day. Once I decided to choose Mike and his team to do the work, he provided a date which was within two weeks of my call.
On the day of the remediation, they arrived promptly in the morning, and the job was done before the morning was over. The attic looked new with the mould removed.
Throughout the process, Mike was always prompt returning my call, answered all the questions I had. He was professional and courteous in all my dealings with him, and the price was very reasonable, plus I get a 10-year warranty!! Thanks Mike and Doug !! -

Mike returned my initial call right away, answered all my questions, and provided a step by step process of the job. He was easily reachable and returned my calls in a timely manner. His inspector provided an on site quote and the job was then scheduled with little delay. They were able to complete the job in one day and honestly reflected the deducted amount of unused product on my final invoice. They are reputable and stand by their work and product. They also provided me with a 10 year written warranty which is also transferable to the new home owner. I would definitely recommend Mike Bashford and his company for their excellent work and the peace of mind it provides.
