My association started with Ryan York almost a year back as I stepped into an open house and knew that this was the guy who I would take as my advisor into buying my new house. He put a great amount of focus in understanding my requirements, the exact nuances I needed of a house, advised me on everything from the architectures of certain houses, to crime rates of areas and how it would impact family living, the pros and cons, and generally put in a lot of work on every single house I even faintly admired. Never once did I see him put even an ounce of pressure into committing for a house, or pressurised me into a sale. Unlike many realtors, he comes in very old school (and in a very good way) - knowing that a house is probably the biggest purchase one would make, so therefore you need the time and space to make the final decision on your own. He is a complete gentleman and honours his word to the T, and i've seen this example come out when certain parts in the negotiation process started to go the other way, Ryan came in and mediated the whole thing putting himself in the middle and i respect him immensely for that. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to my close network, family and friends and would gladly engage with him again for my next purchases. Ryan, thanks for everything buddy! you are a gem of a person.

I would highly recommend Ryan, whether buying or selling; we sold and bought with him and the overall experience and customer satisfaction was excellent. During the selling process he was very patient with our requests and knowledgeable with the market. We received over asking for our home.
When buying our new home he was very knowledgeable not only with the market but from a construction stand point as well.
During both processes he was always there to answer our questions 24 hrs a day 7 days a week and gave us his time, no questions asked.

Ryan is the best real estate agent out there! We have now used him to purchase two properties because he makes it so stress free. Buying a home is a huge step and can become extremely overwhelming. Ryan made everything so easy! He truly cared about getting us everything that we wanted and made the process feel like a friendship rather than job. Ryan does a very throughout job and made sure nothing was over looked and we were protected through it all. I would highly recommend Ryan to any looking to buy or sell!
