(August 30, 2021, 8:29 pm)Very fast shipping! Ordered Level5 Skimming Blades set on Friday and came on Monday with continuous updates of the order from UPS.
Once I received the products I noticed there was a chip on the plastic holder for the 24” blade. I inquired with Jarrid from SupplyNow if I’d be able to get a new replacement since this is just out of the box . After he spoke with Level5 the conclusion was they would not provide a replacement because they’ve already included replacements in the package. Instead Jarrid sent me replacement part anyways free of charge. Very thoughtful and generous user experience. Highly recommend them for the quality of products and brands they carry, especially for their customer service.
