Did have an appointment and the staff at the reception handed over the token after I showed the email confirmation with a smile. The call at the counter was quick and staff at the counter was quick in processing my documents for OHIP renewal. Appreciate your work. I noticed few customers talking a lot to the staffs there and taking much of their time. Though it is inevitable if business conversation was limited to business more customers can be served by the staffs. Not sure how this can be achieved.

(October 17, 2022, 4:56 pm)Haven't been in the Service Ontario for a long time since renewals are done online. Today I needed to register a new utility trailer and obtain a license plate. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. From my initial contact with the service desk and getting the trailer registered and receiving the new plate, it was a pleasure! Thanks to each of the staff!
