I was especially impressed by his wealth of knowledge in getting us the best rate and mortgage options to fit our needs, how available he was and willing to work around our busy schedules, how he was so on top of things and communicative, and his proactiveness in making the process as easy as possible for us (knowing what documents lenders will likely ask for so we could prepare them in advance to avoid back-and-forth, etc). We couldn't have asked for better for helping two first time home-buyers get through this!
