From educating his clients ABCs of mortgage, to explaining all the pros and cons of various options so they can make an intelligent decision, he went above and beyond as an advisor. Despite of being a new dad in the process, he was always available and super patient to answer all my questions. I always had the impression that mortgage is the most complex piece in the home buying journey but Jacob made it such a smooth process. I would highly recommend Jacob as a mortgage broker as he showed great teamwork with my realtor and lawyer on offers, budgets right till closing!

(February 9, 2023, 4:28 pm)My partner and I recently purchased a home with Jacob as our mortgage broker and I can't say enough amazing things about our experience with Jacob. Jacob was always available to answer questions (night and day) and super responsive throughout our entire 8 month buying journey. When we went to go see properties, he would send us updated budgets based on the condo fees/ property taxes for those specific properties. This is an experience that would be impossible to replicate with a big bank. Jacob has a wealth of knowledge and is a great person to work with - I would highly recommend him as a mortgage broker

His knowledge and professionalism completely put my mind at ease with purchasing my first home. Being a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions, and Jacob answered them in a way that I could understand, was thorough in every detail and connected me with other trusted professionals required for my home purchase.
