(July 29, 2022, 5:04 pm)My 2 sons both go to see Cquen on a regular basis. When I finally told them about my painful pinched nerve, they advised me to see Cquen. OMG what a difference it made! My pain was so excruciating that I succumbed and went to Emergency the day before my visit. My left arm was constantly spasming and I was mentally and physically exhausted. Whatever he did, the spasms stopped and made me feel instantly much better. He is extremely knowledgeable about the human anatomy, very gentle and thorough. Feeling absolutely privileged to have been treated by this awesome therapist.

He helped me recover from a serious ankle break in a short amount of time and I couldn’t be more thankful! I would highly recommend his services to anyone, of any age.

I wanted to increase my flexibility and incorporate stretching exercises in my day to day routine to alleviate neck and hip stiffness. Cquen helped me out so much and I saw relief after the first session. Cquen is professional and very knowledgeable about FST/NKT. I am very happy with his services. Highly recommend!

I can say I’m in the best shape of my life, He has trained me for several bike tours that have been 50k and over , Cquen has vast knowledge of the human body and how it should work , you will never be disappointed with the results that you will achieve when you are trained by Cquen , don’t waste time looking any further , he polite, always on time and you will totally enjoy keeping fit with you session with Cquen ….Frances /2022/ ie fit senior
