(March 15, 2023, 9:09 pm)I visited ERC Optometry after having less than satisfactory results from my prior optometrist. Dr. Byer was able to diagnose an issue that other optometrists and even ophthalmologists had been unable to. For many months I was being treated for a dry eye condition, when that was not the underlying problem. In addition I discovered my contact lenses were not fitting properly. I now have contact lenses that fit properly and provide much greater comfort. The attention to detail and personal attention to my file is most appreciated and I would highly recommend this clinic.

Let's just say I am an eyewear junkie and there was tons of selection! It's a beautiful environment. Dr. Byer is very thorough and understood my concerns about going somewhere different. Glasses purchased, a few tweaks and the compliments on my glasses are many. I am paying it forward!

(February 27, 2023, 6:37 pm)Dr. Byer and the ERC team are amazing! My 3 year old son saw another optometrist and we couldn't even do the exam because he was freaking out so much. When ERC opened we tried his exam again. Right away Megan (sorry, Dr. Byer) made him feel so comfortable and was able to do the exam without him making a peep. I think he actually had fun lol. ERC for me and my family from now on. I would recommend ERC for everyone! Go see Dr. Byer, you will not be disappointed!

(February 24, 2023, 4:04 pm)I recently (2 months ago) received dry eye treatment (both IPL and LLLT) at ERC with Dr. Megan Byer and have had amazing results. As a chronic uveitis patient, it is very difficult to find an optometrist with up to date knowledge in eye disease and equipment to treat dry eye. Dr. Byer is both professional and considerate to her patients needs. The beautiful store and great selection of frames is a bonus as well!
