  Just purchased our second vehicle from Taylor. That sentence in its self should be review enough but I’m not finished yet. Every single time we have been to Taylor Ford we were treated above and beyond our expectations. Our salesman Bryce OHare bent over backwards to ensure we were happy with our new F-150. Just as he did when we purchased our previous vehicle from him. A fantastic experience every time and we always leave happy. Thank you to Bryce and to Taylor Ford for the great service and treatment and for treating us like we were your only customer. Above and beyond!

  Grateful for the excellent service we receive each time we need anything. They are flexible and patient with families. Bryce sold us our vehicle and Rod makes sure our vehicle and our family are well cared for.

  Mike’s customer service in the Parts Department is amazing! I maintain a fleet of Ford vehicles at work, he makes my job easier can always rely on him to get the right parts when I need them. Outstanding personalized service!

  Here's what I think of Taylor Ford's Service Department:
  
  I love how courteous and friendly the service departments. I love the extended hours, makes it easier to come in and get my regular service done on my truck. They have a very attentive Service Staff, I had the pleasure of dealing with Morgan Gray, who was an amazing help with information as to what was wrong with my car. They always explain the work to be done before they do it. I'd recommend to anyone to deal with Taylor Ford!

  My experiences with Taylor Ford have always been enjoyable. The staff are always pleasant and easy to deal with. The service department has lucked out with the excellent leadership of Jim, he is always so friendly, and goes out of his way to make sure the customers are always satisfied with their services. Taylor Ford won the jackpot when they found him!
