Very pleased with Isaac and his team. I would highly recommend checking them out. The technicians were very professional and kept me involved in the entire decision making process as far as placement of our new stove and piping.

I recently discovered my pre-fab chimney was no longer safe to use. I called Overridge and am I ever glad I did. Isaac did a fantastic job at a very fair price. My chimney is in a boxed-in chase with a finished stucco exterior and has a small access door inside my garage. I was worried the project would turn into a very expensive exterior renovation simply to have the pre-fab chimney replaced. Turns out Isaac is very resourceful and is not afraid of tight spaces. He was able to remove the old chimney and install the new one without damaging the existing chase. I am a very satisfied customer!

From initial on-site quote to installation, Isaac and the Overridge team were a pleasure to work with. Isaac took the time to answer numerous questions throughout the process. Fantastic! The people at Overridge are so helpful and clear about options. All my questions were answered immediately and expertly. Even after we had chosen one model at the store, Isaac let us know about a potential future downside to it during his site visit and how a cheaper model didn't have that problem. Clearly interested in doing their best for their customers instead of making the biggest buck on every sale. Installation was fast and clean, done by terrific guys. Can't recommend highly enough. And can't wait for cold weather to enjoy our new stove!
