J&J Insulation did a great job topping up our old attic insulation - they were efficient, didn't get any mess in the house, and charged a very reasonable fee for the service. They also gave us a heads up about a rebate that we might qualify for through our gas company, which was very nice!
They were very good about communication, even when pandemic shortages and lockdowns left us unsure whether we'd be able to get the job done, John always answered my emails quickly and clearly to sort things out.
J & J Insulation installation crew(s) were very professional, helpful and informative. The installation was very good and neat.
They protected any areas necessary and there was no issue with overspray.

From beginning to end the experience was great. The salesperson was prompt with responses, explained everything fully and quoted us a very fair price for the work. The installation crew were professional, extremely careful with maintaining a clean workspace, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. We noticed an immediate difference in the temperature in the home. I had an independent energy auditor come to the house and he commented very positively about the quality of the job that was done with the insulation. Job well done J&J.
