I just wanted to take the time to let you know about the absolutely phenomenal service that I had received from your store as well as the gentleman that I happened to deal with on the phone.
I called at about noon on Christmas Eve, and had spoken to a man named Mark. Now let me tell you. This staff member floored me with the service he provided. I've worked in retail and customer service for a decade and know when service goes above and beyond. Mark had blown my expectations out of the water and then some. He described the three separate bouquets that he figured would best fit my needs and price range better than if I was in the store standing next to them. They were delivered within the hour and I couldn't truly be happier.
Mark put together a Christmas miracle all within the time I called him. Thank you so so much for making this amazing gift possible, you surely outdid yourself.
A girlfriend of mine surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of cut flowers when I was ill. Even after one week of enjoying them, the flowers look almost as fresh as the day I received them. Even the roses in the bouquet remain so fresh. Thank you for a beautiful choice of flowers, Ives !
