The amount of knowledge, and teaching experience by the Sensie at HBK helped me to fine tune existing skills while learning new skill sets due to Hanshi Walker's experience in many styles and his ability to be open to bringing into the curriculum moves from Judo, Ba Gua, Shaloin, and Akido, to enhance the existing traditional Shotokan Karate. This combined with the Dojo ethics makes HBK a very good place to learn martial arts.
