  I have now been going to this anytime fitness for 2 years now. One of the reasons I joined this gym is because I travel for work. I have been all over and have visited many anytime fitness gyms and this is one of the best.
  
  This is one of the best gyms in Port because of their group exercise classes. I love working out with groups because it keeps me motivated. So many gyms dont have this and I dont like them as much. The classes also help me meet other like minded people without feeling awkward. Its so nice to meet other people to workout with.
  
  The staff at this gym go out of their way to help you meet people and get you into classes that will help you acheive your goels, and stay motivated.
  
  Check out the spin classes there fun!
  
  In my books this is an A+ gym.

  Best Anytime location I've seen so far in the Durham Region. Not too busy between 12am-2am when I go. Nice equipment, complimentary sweat towels are a great touch.

  This gym is great. The staff and owners are phenomenal. It is always clean including the facilities.

  Great owners! Nice people. Personal training also great at reasonable prices.
  So happy that they have group fitness classes as well.
  Can't go wrong here.
