(July 20, 2021, 2:08 pm)Mike was very knowledgeble and very thorough. Being first time buyers, my wife and I were pretty nervous about our first purchase, especially with the housing prices these days.
Mike did 3 inspections on houses we wanted to make offers on and out of nowhere only charged us half for the last one, the house we finally bought. We both thought that was very kind. I would reccomend Westshore Inspections to anyone looking for home inspector. -

(March 29, 2021, 12:11 am)We recently purchased our new home. Mike was very thorough and pointed out some potential issues. The thermal scan revealed a leak that was easy to repair. Could have lead to a potential mold growth. Fortunately we caught it before it became a more serious issue and we felt at ease knowing that we weren't going to incurr additional expenses and repairs. Mike was professional and offered us some great advice. I highly recommend Westshore Inspections
