The total cost for our purchase and installation was very competitive and inclusive (no hidden fees). The installers were fast yet highly detailed in their work. They were also neat and cleaned up every day before leaving.

(August 4, 2016, 3:28 pm)The team at Total Hardwood Pickering took care of us in a first class manner. We had a width size issues with our original purchase and the store manager took care of it same day and made sure we had a replacement in stock with the distributor.
The 5 star rating was provided based communication, professionalism, products experience and most important; empathy for the situation.
I will purchase from this store again and I highly recommend them.
