I felt entirely supported during a very overwhelming time- they were always available for viewings, advice, really anything and everything.   We have used Sherry and Phillips Brothers for both of our home purchases over the past 4 years and the one sale. We worked primarily with Darryl for the first purchase and can't say enough good things about him. For our second house hunt, we worked with Darryl and Cory for multiple showings over the course of 6 months. They were able to accommodate our busy schedule and they put in multiple offers for us during bidding wars in East Toronto. They always offered great advice and were patient throughout the whole process. The house we ended up buying was not even on our scheduled night of viewings. Sherry knew it would be perfect however and was able to arrange a last minute showing. A few days later the sale went through and we are happy home owners again! Darryl and Cory went straight to work to get our old house on the market and with the beautiful professional staging and cleaning, the house was sold within 10 days. These guys go above and beyond.

  Darryl was recomended to us by my father when we were thinking of moving back to Canada from overseas. Darryl made our house hunting go smoothly even before we had arrived and he also made it light hearted as we searched for a home in the neighbourhood we wanted. Professional, knowledgeable and accessible would be good words to describe Darryl and his family's business.
