I highly recommend Naturopathy to everyone; Lydia always shows a unique and interesting view on health that just makes sense. Really nice to deal with and bonus great sense of humour!

(September 29, 2020, 8:45 pm)I highly recommend Dr. Lydia. I started going to her office a few years ago and more recently she has helped me immensely with weight loss and pain reduction. She has listened to me when other doctors hadn't and she has guided me through a weight loss strategy that is working for me! After years of failed attempts and yoyo dieting, I have lost weight, regained mobility and my pain level has improved drastically. She is kind and compassionate yet forceful if required ! I highly recommend !

She knows the right questions to ask and will get to the bottom of any issue or problem you are having. I have done acupuncture with her on several occasions and she helped me through my struggles with interstitial cystitis. She is very dedicated to her clients and an extremely compassionate human being. I tell everybody about her!
