  Nice place to shop. I'm moving I will miss the Pickering location as the atmosphere is very nice. everyone is pleasant and helpful.

  Love this place. Looks great, clean and customer service is kind. Food is expensive BUT it's a good experience always grabbing groceries here.

  For the most part, we like shopping at Metro for the convenience of the location close to home. Some items are expensive but if you have to go out of your way to go shop elsewhere, it would approximately become same price, either you pay it in gas to go to cheaper store or pay a bit more to shop at Metro. We like Metro, we know where most things are and the staff are courteous and friendly.

  Prices are high. Good selection of food. Hot pizza is great but it gets swamped at times so be prepared to wait. It is worth it. Other locations I tried don't come close to making a pizza worth eating.

  This location is conveniently located in the Amberlea Plaza.
  They recently underwent renovations and it looks super clean and modern now.
  
  Metro has always been known to have good selection of premium brands that are typically considered healthy. So its a good option to check out if you don't have a Whole Foods near you. If you have allergies or food restrictions, it's a good option for gluten free brands, dairy free brands and vegan options. The deli meat selection and meat alternative frozen sections also good.
  
  One of the best things about this Metro is their fresh pizza dough, My family loves to pickup one or two of these and do a make your own Pizza Night pretty often.
  
  Alternatively, they do accept pizza orders at their Hot & Ready Counter
  They have 2 sizes: 8"(personal size ) and 16" ( family size ) Their stone baked pizzas served here, are made with their fresh in-house pizza dough and comes out to to $16 with 3 toppings included. They take their last orders at around 9pm
  
  Their Irresistible house brand is actually pretty great for sauces. I love their Marinara & Vodka Pasta Sauces as well as their Pizza Dipping Sauces they keep near the pizza dough and ready made hot counter.
  
  A recent addition is also their Alcohol Aisle provided by the Wine Rack, they often have samples.
  
  Overall its a great place to checkout if you're in a pinch, or looking for a premium item.
