I would provide a 0 rating if aloud. I Have given Megna pools over a month to correct this issue. I provided them a personal check for $19,300.00 on July 18th of 2023. They have not provided any resolution. They have not refunded my money. They have self-admitted applied my check to a deceased pool installers account. Use caution when doing business with Megna pools! (Integrity?)

I called to see if I could get a scrap piece of pool liner so that I could do a repair on my above ground pool and I had the pleasure of speaking with Melissa. within 1 day of speaking with her I received a package delivered from Pickering to Ottawa of a large piece of liner identical to the one I was trying to repair. It was delivered to me a $0 cost, are you kicking me, who does that?? Now I'm not saying everything they do for you is going to be free, ha! but I can tell you the experience will me amazing.
