(August 23, 2019, 1:47 pm)Always on time and drivers are great, however I have used this service a lot and always find a particular lady on the phone acting annoyed when I book. Management needs to make sure they have better customer service.

(February 14, 2019, 3:41 pm)We've been long term customers and haven't been happy with service in recent years. No longer automatically taking the 407--getting us caught in rush hour and almost missing flights. Jamming the van with 7 passengers and yet still charging full price. It is now cheaper, cleaner and less crowded for us to take Uber from now on.

(August 6, 2018, 3:22 pm)Growing up we used the service because it is easier than drive to the airport, try to find a parking spot, etc. They returned a jacket I forgot in the van a few days later, they are punctual, drive you to where you have to be and show you where you have to go. Very courteous people and I am using them again

The drivers are friendly and knowledgeable and very professional in their duties.
I have used them several times before and will continue to be a customer.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone traveling out of Toronto airport!
