Calming and welcoming massage environment, easily located and ample parking. I’ve been going to Crystal for almost half a year now. She offers a quality range of knowledge, practices and understanding.

Crystal is incredibly professional and works wonders on applying her craft towards a complete rehab of problematic physical areas. I swear by her process, which involves not just targeted work on muscle groups, but active and documented advice on what to do outside of sessions to improve mobility and physical activity in anything fitness or sport related.
I’ve followed her through previous clinics, and just like a good tailor or barber, I’ve kept going back because I don’t have to question the result or quality.

I highly recommend booking time with her to go beyond the usual massages found at other places. If you want something beyond the standard and provides positive (and visible) improvement on your physical health, look nowhere else.

I suffer from chronically tight traps and shoulders from my workdays on the computer, and Crystal always gives me so much relief. Recently I’ve been dealing with extremely tight hips too, and with her massage and cupping techniques it’s helped that area as well. Crystal is professional, easy to talk to, checks in during the massage to make sure pressure is ok and truly cares about her clients. I’m so glad I found her and will be sticking with her as my RMT!

Nothing but good things to say about Crystal! One of the key things I love about her service as opposed to others is her attention to detail. She actively listens to the issues you have and applies several methods and techniques to try and mitigate the problems. She has been effective, understanding, and very compassionate. One thing I love is her ability to create a safe, calming presence, no matter the space. If she is unsure of a particular trouble spot, she is not hesitant to use her personal time to research possible solutions or recommend seeking help with other professionals. Overall, Crystal continuously performs quality care both to the physical and mental wellbeing of her patients. I will be continuing to see Crystal as she expands her services and business.
