We contacted Jules and he got in touch with us immediately. When he came in for an estimate on our basement renovation project we told him that we had a tight timeline to work with as we had to have a move in ready space for my parent’s-in-law immediately. He provided recommendations, emailed us a quote within a few days and started the project on time. He kept us informed every step of the way and was incredibly responsive to all our questions and needs. He and his crew were very flexible and adjusted their work to accommodate realistic changes we had to make along the way. They worked quickly and made sure all the details were completed to our requirements. Even when we had a small door mishap due to a manufacturer mistake, they fixed the issue immediately and covered the expenses to make sure we were happy.
