My furnace stopped working yesterday on a "feels like" -15 degree day. Kevin came out and found the problem in 5 mins, sourced the part (which is not easy for a 16 yr old furnace) and had me up and running today. As an engineer, I am impressed with their knowledge of these systems and how they are sympathetic and go the extra mile for their customers. Its uncommon these days unless you find someone who cares. They do.

I have used A & R heating, cooling and duct cleaning for years. They have provided many services such as installing a furnace, relocating an air conditioning unit, maintenance and duct cleaning. I love the fact that they do not solicit by phone for their services. Prices are very reasonable and work has always been completed above and beyond.
